mustard berlin have produced and directed a four film shoot for the agency ‘The Blue Hive’ for their client Ford of Europe.
Shot on location at several places around central london. The four humorous spots all revolve around the idea of a spectator to a dramatic moment, shot as a POV, who is then distracted from the decisive moment by being something even more eye catching. The four spots: Heist, Golf, Hurricane and Girlfriend all explore the theme of distraction. The ads will go live at the end of January 2015.

mustard berlin (martin bennett) just produced a photo shoot with photographer Graham Thorp for the agency ‘The Blue Hive’ (ACD Camilla Herberstein )
The shoot took place at Park Royal Studio’s, in London with the print team from Blue Hive. Shooting close-up shots of hands and test tubes we recreated the lighting situation and sky colour to allow the close-up photography to be to seamlessly dropped into an existing location shot of a Ford Transit Courier. Getting the position and the lighting spot on was critical in making the final shot convincing. The final images will be part of an print and DM ad for the new Ford Transit Courier.

The shoot at Park Royal Studio’s in London was for the digital team at Blue Hive. Shooting with high speed equipment, both camera and Broncolor lighting. We constructed sets and lighting rigs to capture various items falling and smashing when they hit the suspended stone flooring. These animated and filmed sequences will form part of an online campaign for the new Ford Mondeo.
